Award winning editor and producer – Partnered with the NMAAHC to bring an emotionally powerful script to life and celebrate the anniversary of the March on Washington. Using archival photos, recordings, and voiceover, I produced and edited a multi award-winning production for a very special cause.

Creative Operations Manager for a global production team – Transformed our small roster of individual editors into a cross-functional creative internal agency of producers, editors, and designers for a global marketing and strategy firm. Developing streamlined workflows, setting quality standards for creative deliverables, managing resources for efficiency, and setting team goals to meet client and industry demands, I oversaw the production of over 7,000 projects in the course of 8 years.

Streamlined production of creative assets – Noticing trends in project requirements, I worked with our design team to create template libraries that could quickly be implemented and modified to meet the vast majority of our project needs. This streamlined our edits, reduced stress on our editors, and turned around deliveries to our clients lightning fast.

Programs for training and collaboration – Recognizing the different levels of talent across our global team, I implemented recurring training sessions to provide a knowledge share between our team members. These workshops provided a place to learn from each other, raise our team's skill level, and build a culture of familiarity and collaboration.
